Dr. Nathan Miller

Pastor

Pastor Nathan has been the Pastor at Pleasant Grove since October 2021. Having grown up in a Pastor’s household, Nathan heard the Gospel repeatedly and was saved and baptized at an early age. After feeling an internal call to ministry in high school, Nathan attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville to earn a degree in education with an eye toward church planting. Upon graduation, he completed the Cross Church School of Ministry program and spent a year teaching 8th grade Math before moving to Kansas City, Missouri to gain an MDiv and eventually a PhD in Systematic Theology at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He has been married to his lovely wife, Destiny, since March of 2020 (who also has an MDiv). They welcomed their daughter Jacey to the world in August 2021 before coming to Pleasant Grove. In their spare time, Nathan and Destiny love watching movies, playing board games, and watching whatever sport is in season. They love it here in Conway and are excited to continue seeing what God does here at Pleasant Grove.
