Wednesday Night Services

Currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not have Wednesday services at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

On Wednesday nights we find that a more casual prayer and bible study brings us together as a church and body as a whole. Pastor Will Overstreet prepares a bible study lesson that is discussed, as well as current church prayer and concerns as a whole. During that adult bible study the kids join Mrs. Nina, Mrs. Patty, and Mrs. Kris for a time of singing worship, activity, snack and memory verses. All designed to the age group attending so that they get the most of the time with their friends.

COVID-19 Update

During this time all PGBC Services are cancelled until further notice. Please stay safe and contact PGBC if you are in need of anything during this hard time.

The Gospel Project for kids- preschool to sixth Grade

The Gospel Project for Kids is the children's program we use. This will be from preschool age to sixth grade- the kids are divided based on age group with the same Gospel Project curriculum. We are starting with In the Beginning, this is through Gospel Project by LifeWay allowing kids to grow closer to God.

"The Gospel Project for Kids is a Christ-centered Bible study resource the follows a chronological timeline of Bible events- from Genesis to Revelation-over the course of three years. Each week, these stories come to life through video, music, activities and more as kids connect biblical events to God's ultimate plan of redemption through Christ. Its the whole Bible like kids have never seen it before!"

Worship NIghts

On some Wednesdays we all get together and worship in a time of music and prayer. Focusing in on how we worship God through music lyrics and instruments- honing in on purposeful prayer. We are hoping that in the future we will be able to live-stream these events.
