When: Wednesday Evenings at 6 PM

Where: 3255 Prince St. Conway, AR 72034, in the Sanctuary

What we do:

At Roots we gather to go deeper and wider in our faith together. Our hope is to learn how to be and make better disciples of Christ in order to better glorify God and enjoy Him forever. We go deeper by studying the things of God in a different format than a Sunday Morning worship service, and we go wider by applying that teaching together in practical ways.

What you can expect:

Service:

A Roots meeting will typically last 1 hour. During our time together we will pray, study, and discuss the night’s topic.

Content:

At Roots we will usually learn about and discuss a specific topic which will help us go deeper and wider in our faith. These topics may be part of a series on a larger theme (How to Be a Christian, The Trinity, a specific book of the Bible, etc.) or they may be single lessons which we think will be helpful or address a specific question relevant to our church.

Style:

Roots has a relaxed feel designed to encourage participation and discussion. The teacher will lead a lesson through reading the Bible, giving explanations, or asking questions, but everyone in attendance is encouraged to actively participate by asking or answering questions, providing helpful examples, or adding insights which will be helpful to the group. Come ready not only to learn but to learn how to put what you have learned into practice!
